Track Day #13

Not really day #13 but I’m too lazy to figure out everything. SO #13!

Workout:

  • 10 300s, 800m pace ~ 56/57 (mine)

It was like 48 degrees out and shoot, I was so numb I couldn’t move my body for the last 300. & My hands were so still and purple. & I became so dizzy towards the end. & Some of the guys hecka cramped up during cool down. keke xD

BUUUUUUUUUUUUTT, the workout was pretty fun! It’s fun running with the guys, it’s like a mini race & we help each other. (:
