So Khoi is “experimenting” with us by having us skip static stretching. But anyways our workout for today is:

  • 400m
  • 500m
  • 800m
  • 1000m
  • and back down

All in our “goal mile pace”. I’m so proud of myself! I beat them guys. keke, :D
